The theme was simple and elegant cards....
Fifth Avenue Floral embossed in black on black....

Grand Soiree and Taken w/Teal craft, heat & stick and glitter from the Cosmo set....

Inspired by Nature stamped in Rose Red, then stamped w/bleach.

Bleaching (Shannon)

If you are in my stamp club, you are going to get to learn this technique on Monday!!!! This was the first time I tried Bleaching and I LOVED IT!!!! It's super fun and super cool (like totally!).

And if you are Jill, you are going to be very happy to find these cards in your mailbox in a few days. :) Happy Birthday!!!!

Midway Stamping (LeAnn)

Here are a few of the cards I made while up in Midway this weekend. It was a fabulous weekend and I made a TON of cards. Thanks Shannon! My favorite card is the one on the bottom with the embossed flowers. My next fav is the Rock Star card.

Watercoloring (Shannon)

I had an old Simply Sent kit so I got it out so Zoey & I could stamp at her house one night. The Simply Sent kits have everything you need included--so it's super conveniet to take them with you or on the road or whatever.

I loved how the watercoloring of these cards turned out so I thought I'd post it. :)
The kit came w/Perfect Plum, Brocade (or it might be Ballet) Blue & Always Artichoke watercolor wonder crayons. I used the Blue one first then did layer of Plum after the Blue dried. Here's a close-up....

Glitter Hearts & A Couple Cards (LeAnn)

A few weeks ago I went to Vanessa's to make cards...not only did I make a few cards, I also glittered these Valentine's hearts. I like the way they turned out! Just in time for the Holiday!! Thanks for letting me get glitter all over your house Vanessa!

I made a sympathy card for my card group at work and I copied Vanessa's wild wasabi card. (She didn't post one like this one.)

Ginormous Flowers Part 2 (Vanessa)

After reading Shannon's post about SU's Ginormous Flowers, I knew I had to get some for Aubrey's room.

Shannon came over with Zoey and helped us put the flowers up. They look great and Aubrey loves the trail of flowers that her pink butterfly left across the wall.Thanks for your help Shannon and Zoey!

Amanda--you kept asking me for the measurements for the card stock and Designer Series Paper from our Simply Scrappin' event. So I finally took pictures of the 12 x 12's I put on display and just thought I'd upload them here....maybe some of the rest of you could use these too. :)

Solid 12 x 12.....to make love notes and long skinny cards (always score at the half way mark)...
2nd solid 12 x 12...to make 4 x 4 cards when finished (square piece in the corner is a spare)...
DSP...to make accents for the cards.....
